Getting your Breast Milk Back to You

Freeze-drying involves a process called sublimation. This is a transformation from frozen ice right into vapor, removing water but maintaining its taste and nutritional quality. The end result? An incredibly concentrated powder with all of fresh breast milk's essential components - sans water! High temperatures can ruin the beneficial properties contained in mother's milk however freeze drying sidesteps this issue for an uncompromised outcome.
